Matthew 24 Prophecy Yet to be Fulfilled?

1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

As I look at pictures of Jerusalem and the Wailing Wall, one can plainly see that there are still stones in place which have not been “thrown down”.

This being said, that means that the prophecy of Christ’s in Matthew 24 has NOT been fulfilled yet! Many Christians have said down through the years that Titus fulfilled this prophecy in AD 70 when he marched in and squelched the rebellion in Jerusalem.

No. There are still very large stones that are still in  place and the time when “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down” has not taken place…yet.

Interesting.
